The residents of Delhi-NCR woke up to a rainy morning on 27th December, with showers continuing throughout the day. More rains and thunderstorms have been predicted by Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) over the weekend. Today, the minimum temperature is around 12°C, which can soar up to 20°C. Already cold weather has become severe due these rain spells. Visibility has also been reduced as the dense fog has accompanied the rain. It is however, a matter of concern that the rain could not help in reducing the AQI of Delhi and the same still remains in the ‘very poor’ category.
